PRICE: ₩5.800
BOUGHT FROM: Missha

Here goes the last leg of my Missha x Line Friends review! Took a long while, but whew I finally got it done and published! 🙂 I’ve reviewed the cushion and the tint balm as well, so you can go check that out after this 😀 For now, let’s look into the water tint~
image

To start off, here are the claims of the product:
– It has a non sticky 80% water base for light and fresh application.
– It gives bright and good absorption on the lips.

Lol that’s what all water tint products say
Anyway, this contains some ingredients that might irritate some, so just check the list down below and be cautious 🙂
-Phenoxyethanol (preservative)
-Fragrance
-A ton of colorants
If any of those irritate you, then you might want to think again when it comes to purchasing this.

As for the packaging..

From what you can see from above, the glass bottle is topped with a plastic lid that has Brown’s face printed onto it.
At the back of the lid is a sticker with basic details:

When I first got this tint, I had a love-hate relationship with the packaging of this tint.
1. It’s pretty that it’s glass, but at the same time, it makes me scared because it might just crack and spill out.
2. The second time I used this, the brown lid popped off or separated from the applicator. I don’t know how or why, but I had to glue the applicator back to the lid ugh

Speaking of applicator, it comes with this fluffy, spongey-tipped wand that glides on easily to your lips.

The scent of the tint isn’t that pleasing. It leans towards a strong, medication kind of scent, but it fades off after a while. And just a small side note, the taste isn’t that nice either haha

Consistency is very watery, you can tell just by the name itself. Very runny and easy to blend.

Colour is true to what you see from the bottle. The red you see is the red you get. Not like the coloring tint balm, wherein I see red but end up with a fuschia-ish shade. The red this gives off also brightens up the face, so thumbs up for that

Pigmentation is really good on the lips, actually. It’s just a tad bit buildable but just one layer would give your lips a pop of red already.

Lasting Power depends on what you do. I’d say 4 hours tops, with some lighter stain left behind. It does fade after drinks, but like what I mentioned, your lips would still have a stain. I ran it under water, and as you can see, it did bleed quite a bit.

I wiped across and got this stain left at the back of my hand.

That stayed on for hours, and it only got off when I used The Saem’s Cleansing Water.

So yep, I can say it’s fairly long-lasting.

Moisturization Power is low. It definitely feels drying once applied, like how any other water tints are. So do pair it up with a balm if you don’t want to have your lips cracking.

The finish is light-weight and it surprisingly doesn’t sink into lip lines that much. I prefer this over PeriPera’s tint and this is pretty close to Banila Co’s Tinted Love tint 😀

So overall, if you’re in search for a new water tint, this is a good way to go 🙂 Just pair it up with a moisturizer and your lip makeup would be complete 🙂 The colour gives a tone-up effect and it’s lasting power is considerably good. Packaging is just a plus, but yeah, count that in as a reason to buy this haha 😉
